Romans 8:31b " If God is for us, who can be against us?

Have anyone ever really scared and nervous upon losing your handphone or wallet or something that is precious and dear to you? I guess majority would be a yes ba… haha! Because I’m in the population of this majority…. It’s really a rebuke to me few days ago. I lost both my wallet and my handphone and I’m very lost and worried due to some very useless reasons… And God rebuked me, by reminding me: “you are so worried and anxious when u lost your wallet and handphone, BUT why is that you are not as worried and anxious when you lost the interest to do your best for Me(God), lost the passion to read God’s word, lost the passion in serving the Me(God). And I’m really guilty of that…” To live a life that is always on fire for God is definitely not easy…. But always learn to depend on Him more than depend on yourselves, recognize that we need God in our lives and allow Him to rules over our lives. If any Christian thinks that by accepting Christ into their life is that their road and journey in this life is going to smooth sailing and easy, it’s not going to happen. When things comes, every trails that we Christian that God had place us in is not to let us complain or give up or fall away from Him, but it’s actually a chance given by God for us to depend more on God and thru the trails grow more deep rooted in the Lord and love Him more each day. In conclusion, learn to trust and depend more on God than self, and don’t take any trails and temptation as a kind of ways that will cause you to fall away from God but instead look at it as a stepping stone that will always bring a step closer to the Lord!
