Buddies Since Primary School!

Hi Everyone! It’s really long since the last post! Well…. Once again! God has impress some things upon my heart as I borrowed from Wilfred a movie named: Fireproof. This is really a amazing Movie I had watched! I love to watch Christian based movie because each time I watched it, God always has something to speak to me! In this Movie: Fireproof, God spoke to me about Love. Maybe Just to start off… What is love to you? To some people love is feeling? Happiness? Dating? Joyful? Yea…. I Believe this are true definitely without doubt. But what does the Bible says about Love? God says: Love is Patient, Kind, Trusts, Perseveres, Protects, Hopes, Does not Envy, Does not Boast, Does not Delight in Evil, Not Proud, Not Rude, Not easily Angered, Keeps not Records of Wrongs, Rejoice with the Truth and NEVER FAILS. And indeed! GOD IS LOVE! God has loved us so much that he gave His one and only Son to DIE on the Cross for our sins. God’s love here is referring to Agape Love which also means “UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE” I sincerely thank God for the wonderful relationship that is given to me by His grace. Romans 5:8(NIV) says: But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Friend, God has send Jesus Christ to Died for our sins. I may be a time for you to make decision (do feel free to look for me or your other Christian Friends to find out more). For us as a child sometimes we often get impatient with our parents’ nagging. But through this Movie I learn, our parents are always there when we need help, just like Caleb, when he face troubles when he is going through his 40 days DareLove assignment, the first thing he did was to call his Dad and purge out his anger (Caleb hasn’t accepted Christ into his life yet). I remembered a scene where Caleb and his Dad was in the ‘forest’, he complaint about his wife, saying: How can I (Caleb) love someone who consistently rejects me, someone who doesn’t appreciates what I had done for him/her and someone who doesn’t loves me. Isn’t this scene so real in our lives that we are going through now? Often we ask for our human rights, things which is fair and which is not and how we feel. But whenever we sinned against God, how much often do we think about how God’s feel? Imagine this, whenever we sinned against God, God will send His Son to the Cross to die for our sins. Think about it, if you have a Son how would you feel if you have to let him suffered again and again? That’s exactly how God felt when we sinned against Him again and again. We as children MUST honor our parents and always give them the respect! For they were used by God to bring you into this world. And I also encourage you to watch the Movie: Fireproof, it’s really a great movie! May God bless you and your family! God is Love!
