TAEKWONDO BEST FRIENDS!

Hello everyone! I guess times really files… Faster than I can ever imagine… I want to really take this time to thank God for every blessings He bestowed unto me, so much that I can’t repay Him with all my life time… Firstly, I want to thank God for blessing me with good results in ITE, with the GPA 4.0. Secondly, I want to thank God for blessing me with Academic Excellence Award. Thirdly, I want to thank God for blessing me with Driving License. Fourthly, I want to thank God for blessing me with opportunity to meet up with Krystal to share about my Faith. Last but not least I want to thank God for all my brothers and sisters in Christ that have been praying for me, encouraging me, and being side by side with me throughout this entire 2 years of ITE life and till now…. All this that is given to me is nothing I deserve! Because all these were God’s grace, entirely His grace! If wasn’t for His grace I won’t be able to testify this love and grace that He has blessed me with. Life is never easy! But always take comfort in the Lord because He is always beside us and He will never leave us nor forsake us! We should always do our best for the glory of the Lord. Romans 8:31b “If God is for us, who can be against us?” I’m now embarking on another 2 years of diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Ngee Ann Poly. My prayer is that God will continue to use me to shine for Him, and I will not slack off and be contented with what I have, but always look out for opportunity to shine for Him!

Best Friends In ITE (ME2N)

Hi Everyone!! Who has been my faithful readers :P haha!! Sorry for not posting for so long. But there is a joy I would like to share with everyone here! Last week on Tuesday (9/3/2010), I finally finished my studies in ITE! It may seem to be very small thing because I’m only taking 2 years break for NS and soon be back to Poly. But it’s not about not having to go school that I’m happy about. It’s about God’s faithfulness to me for this entire 2 years of ITE life! Remember 2 years ago, I received my O’s level result and the L1R4 is 29 points. It’s a fact that it’s extremely bad. Some people suggested me to retake my O’s level, but because I wanted to serve in Project Timothy, I rejected the idea of retaking O’s level and decided to go for ITE. As I stepped into ITE life God reaffirmed my decision of going to ITE. I started to find joy in studying in ITE and going through ITE life. In times when I felt discourage in thinking that I won’t be able to do well for that particular semester, God still showed me his faithfulness and grace that I could still maintain GPA 4.0 till the 3^rd Semester. As I go through ITE life I met a few ITE friends that I cherish that friendship as well as testify of who God is in my life. All in all I just want to thank God for His faithfulness in guiding and holding me up for the entire 2 years of ITE life and also His grace for bringing me through this 2 years! PRAISE BE TO GOD!

IS LIFE REALLY UNFAIR TO YOU?

Have anyone thought that life is unfair to you? Did anyone of you felt that, why on earth am I doing all these things and yet nobody appreciates it? Or is there anyone of you felt that how can you treat someone nice again and again when that person totally ignore your presence? Well…. I felt all these before but I realize one thing that is things that seems impossible for me to do and for me to complete….. Christ did it.

Life is unfair? Christ died on the cross bearing all our sins while he is pure and sinless… Is this fair?

No one appreciates what you do? Christ died on the cross but not everyone appreciates what He had done, even there are people who are going around persecuting Christian! Is this fair?

How can I forgive someone who always treats you badly again and again? Christ did it! Even though often times to times again we sinned against Him and caused unhappiness to Him and because of His wonderful and amazing grace time and time again He forgive us.

What’s the reason for all these things that He has to go through? It’s all because of LOVE! “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 (NIV) God is love!! He gave us His Son to allow us to have a personal relationship! God loves you! Are you willing to response to Him?

Thank God for His Love!

It has indeed been a wonderful and blessed 2009 that God had brought me through! I sincerely thank God for all the opportunity that He given me in 2009 be it being able to serve in the YM team, YMH, Program Com, and also MMT (EMET). Thank God really for all my friends in Youth Ministry and my basketball friends! Even as now I step into 2010, I pray that I will continue to walk close to the Lord and be blessed by the Lord to be a blessings to others… Thanks for everything! Thank God!

God's Love is Amazing!

Hello everyone!! I believe you guys have missed me a lot a lot right? Haha!! Indeed praise the Lord for being so faithful to me even as I wrestle with God! It’s indeed amazing how God uses different circumstances to speak to me! I sincerely thank God for His wonderful grace and mercy!
Even as I was preparing for my workshop for THE C.A.M.P, I was totally stuck with round up for the games… So I was trying to find a video to add into my round up and I came across a part of a video being taken out from “Facing the Giants”. So I decided to work my round up according to that video, but I was still clueless for the round up. So I decided to revisit “Facing the Giants”. God in His amazing ways spoke to me differently this time round. And indeed that’s something I’ve been wrestling with God.
Did anyone of you ever wonder…. What are achievements are in life when you achieve it and yet do not have God in your life? I went through a period where I was serving the Lord without God…. It grew really really tired on me, till a point that I felt why am I doing all these for? But God reminded me, in everything that I do, do it all for His Glory! It’s really true isn’t it especially for those who are serving the Lord faithfully. The only reasons that we are serving in church and in ministries is because we want to give glory to God and not ourselves. God place us in this world is to live for Him and honor Him in every area of our lives. And God really used this phrase to rebuke me as when I’m going through the downfall, I haven’t been giving my best to God and I did not gave God my very best.
Evangelism is something that I had been struggling a lot with God about. I always thought Evangelism is not for me, but God once again reminded me of the joy when I’m able to bring someone to Christ.
Indeed throughout this time when I’ve been wrestling with God, God has never ever given up on me! And He is always the one whole provides for me! God has really invested a lot in my life and I really don’t deserve it at all!
To end of everything! For those who are going through trails, DO NOT FEAR, FOR THE LORD IS ALWAYS WITH US! With GOD, there is nothing that is IMPOSSIBLE! PRAISE BE TO GOD! AMEN!

Rebuke from God

Romans 8:31b " If God is for us, who can be against us?

Have anyone ever really scared and nervous upon losing your handphone or wallet or something that is precious and dear to you? I guess majority would be a yes ba… haha! Because I’m in the population of this majority…. It’s really a rebuke to me few days ago. I lost both my wallet and my handphone and I’m very lost and worried due to some very useless reasons… And God rebuked me, by reminding me: “you are so worried and anxious when u lost your wallet and handphone, BUT why is that you are not as worried and anxious when you lost the interest to do your best for Me(God), lost the passion to read God’s word, lost the passion in serving the Me(God). And I’m really guilty of that…” To live a life that is always on fire for God is definitely not easy…. But always learn to depend on Him more than depend on yourselves, recognize that we need God in our lives and allow Him to rules over our lives. If any Christian thinks that by accepting Christ into their life is that their road and journey in this life is going to smooth sailing and easy, it’s not going to happen. When things comes, every trails that we Christian that God had place us in is not to let us complain or give up or fall away from Him, but it’s actually a chance given by God for us to depend more on God and thru the trails grow more deep rooted in the Lord and love Him more each day. In conclusion, learn to trust and depend more on God than self, and don’t take any trails and temptation as a kind of ways that will cause you to fall away from God but instead look at it as a stepping stone that will always bring a step closer to the Lord!

Giving your Best to God

Have anyone wonder what does it feels like to play together with a Christian team of Sports? This is something struck me as I watch the show “Facing the Giants”… Facing the Giants….. It’s a pretty old show to most of the people I believe…. But I also believe that my fellow brothers and sister in Christ would agree that God is able to show this power and grace even through the same movie… After watching this show I really really dread and wish to have this chance to play Basketball with a team that is completely given their lives to God and trust in Him in every game we play, and most importantly playing each game giving their best to the Lord! And when we win, we PRAISE GOD, and when we lose, we PRAISE GOD! A team that is purely on fire for God! What a wonderful team would that be?

But now bringing this scene into our daily lives…. How often do we really give our best to God? We often say: “Trust in God! Just do your best and leave the rest to God!” but when exams/results come…. How do we usually response? “God! Why? Why did I fail? Why is this happening to me?”…. Isn’t this what we have often been doing? I do not know about others… But this kind of situation did happen to me before…. But there is only once, I submitted it to God by praising Him despite of the bad results and that time is the day when I receive my O level…

So much so there are many giants in our lives…. Those Giants can be getting into a well know JC, Poly, or Secondary School. Things that we are scared of are the GIANTS in our lives. The best way to beat the GIANTS is to stand up and face them with God by your side!

But what I hope to share about what I learnt in this movie is really…. If God is by our side, who can be against us? If we are doing our best for God to honor Him, won’t He too honor us with His blessings? But never ever doing things to honor God with a motive in mind! Because…. God LOOKS at YOUR HEART.

In every things that you do, do your best and do it all for the glory of God!

Emet Week 2 Band!

Hello everyone! After popular demand I’m here to blog again!! Haha!! So let me share something to you all!! Ever wonder how would life looks like when we really come and live it to the MAX? I used to find in order to live my life to the MAX is to have my friends being around with me, have a girlfriend who loves me and I loves her (still don’t have yet), eat a lot and don’t grow fat (wishful thinking), being able to play basketball everyday with my basketball friends…. Wouldn’t this be a wonderful scenario in my life (for those who know me)? Everyone would have a different point of view in living their life to the MAX. Some may be reading? Some may be sleeping? There are lots and lots! But life isn’t just this…. What about the life after we will be having after we had our lives to the MAX in OUR point of view? Some people asked me, being a Christian is so tiring….. There are so many boundaries set for Christian….

I guess what those people told me is right? Especially thinking in the view of the current world… Who on earth would want to get slap on the left cheek and turn to the right and allow that person to slap on the right cheek of his? Who would be able to love someone who hurt you deeply? Who would be willing to go 5km for their NAPFA test when they would only need to go 2.4km to finish it?

But someone gave me this chance to do all this impossible….. And that someone is “JESUS CHRIST”…. He came to this world for our sins and went through it. He told us, if someone slaps you on the left cheek turn to him the other; if some one asks u to go 1 mile with him, go with him 2 miles…. Jesus also said: Love you Enemies…. Why can we Christian do that? It’s because God had first loved us so that we can love others as well…

People won’t question why you walk with them the 1st mile, but they will start to wonder why you would want to go with them the 2nd mile… So much so in life, there are so many things that we are told to do and often find it a chore to do…. But it’s when we come to do these things with a willing heart that’s where our testimony changes :) learn to see things at God’s point of view helps you to understand God better and helps you to draw closer to Him as well ;)

Let us all brothers and sisters in Christ continue to Enter in to God’s presence and continue to Draw near to Him with all our hearts! God bless!!

Mission Trip

Operation Lipa 3 Team!

Praise be to God! For He is worthy to be Praise!! Hi Everyone! By God’s Grace, I’m back from Philippines. This Mission Trip is really a great and wonderful experience for me! People there are really very heart warming! The first day we arrived, they welcome us with some performance. The first thing I really want to thank God for is He has taken away all my Handphone, computer and internet! Because He had take this away that I can really be focus on Him and keep our eyes on Him. I thank God also that during this trip I got to know Pastor Roger, Kuya Willy, Kuya Jesie, Kuya Felix, Kuya Jerome, Kuya John David, Kuya Jo Jo, Ate Rose, Ate Mhy Mhy, Ate Deanna, Ate Jing, Ate Esther, Ate Kat and a lot more people! Thank God for them! They are really an encouragement to me! Especially, Pastor Roger, Kuya Willy, Kuya Jerome and Kuya Jesie, they really taught me how to look things in God’s perspective! Often in Singapore, we plans program to try to share gospel and often we kept our focus on the things that is going to happen, the program flowing and also how is the outcome of the games. But in Philippines, program is important, but what is more important is soul winning! God had shown His faithfulness to us during our sports fest. Before the Sport Fest started we were inform that we will be expecting 200 plus people coming for this Sport Fest. But it turned out to be 60 plus people… But we thank God for those 60 people who came. They are not those people whom Santa Cruz Baptist Church (SCBC) has invited, they are from their community. After that we got to know that SCBC had invited 1200 over high school students. But out the all 3 days of Sports Fest and last day film show outreach, none of them came. But we still thank God for those who came for the Sports Fest and Film Show Outreach. Because everyone one that came there is a possibility that a soul will be saved by God’s Grace. We sincerely Thank God for everything! From the weather to our program to our Sports Fest to the games and strength! All Glory and Honor belongs to the Lord our God Almighty!

Buddies Since Primary School!

Hi Everyone! It’s really long since the last post! Well…. Once again! God has impress some things upon my heart as I borrowed from Wilfred a movie named: Fireproof. This is really a amazing Movie I had watched! I love to watch Christian based movie because each time I watched it, God always has something to speak to me! In this Movie: Fireproof, God spoke to me about Love. Maybe Just to start off… What is love to you? To some people love is feeling? Happiness? Dating? Joyful? Yea…. I Believe this are true definitely without doubt. But what does the Bible says about Love? God says: Love is Patient, Kind, Trusts, Perseveres, Protects, Hopes, Does not Envy, Does not Boast, Does not Delight in Evil, Not Proud, Not Rude, Not easily Angered, Keeps not Records of Wrongs, Rejoice with the Truth and NEVER FAILS. And indeed! GOD IS LOVE! God has loved us so much that he gave His one and only Son to DIE on the Cross for our sins. God’s love here is referring to Agape Love which also means “UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE” I sincerely thank God for the wonderful relationship that is given to me by His grace. Romans 5:8(NIV) says: But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Friend, God has send Jesus Christ to Died for our sins. I may be a time for you to make decision (do feel free to look for me or your other Christian Friends to find out more). For us as a child sometimes we often get impatient with our parents’ nagging. But through this Movie I learn, our parents are always there when we need help, just like Caleb, when he face troubles when he is going through his 40 days DareLove assignment, the first thing he did was to call his Dad and purge out his anger (Caleb hasn’t accepted Christ into his life yet). I remembered a scene where Caleb and his Dad was in the ‘forest’, he complaint about his wife, saying: How can I (Caleb) love someone who consistently rejects me, someone who doesn’t appreciates what I had done for him/her and someone who doesn’t loves me. Isn’t this scene so real in our lives that we are going through now? Often we ask for our human rights, things which is fair and which is not and how we feel. But whenever we sinned against God, how much often do we think about how God’s feel? Imagine this, whenever we sinned against God, God will send His Son to the Cross to die for our sins. Think about it, if you have a Son how would you feel if you have to let him suffered again and again? That’s exactly how God felt when we sinned against Him again and again. We as children MUST honor our parents and always give them the respect! For they were used by God to bring you into this world. And I also encourage you to watch the Movie: Fireproof, it’s really a great movie! May God bless you and your family! God is Love!

To Know God's Name!

Hi Everyone! By God’s grace I’m here once again to do posting! I would like to share with you the above video… The Title of the video is: To Know Your Name By Hillsong United, please take note of the Lyrics. Indeed! The purpose of God sending His one and only begotten Son into this world to die for our Sins is to know God’s almighty Name! Many lives has been touched by know Jesus Christ! I’m one of them! God’s AMAZING GRACE and MERCY had sent His son JESUS to DIE for me who is UNWORTHY! In the life of everyone, we often encounter life and death…. There is nothing we can do about it as its God’s Decision (I'm saying this from a Christian's point of view, I am not trying to go against other religious views). Know God’s Name, those who had known Christ how has your walk with God been? Is it glorifying to God? (For me is “No”, as my walk has been quite shaky this week.) For none Christian! Hi everyone!! Our very own BPYM GAM-PONG camp had officially ended after yesterday’s debrief, affirmation and confession! I sincerely enjoyed serving in this committee!! We had fun I suppose… Hahaz… Indeed like what Kelvin had said, a lot of the committees had grown a lot thru this camp! And for some was become more open and crazy! Hahaz! Something I’m assured of during this planning for the last few months are, this committee which is formed really had a lot of passion for God!! They really works very hard for every portfolios that they are allocated to by our very dear camp coordinator “ Jasper” God’s Love and Grace is really wonderfully shown thru the committee members ! Now to end off, once again I would like to thank all of the GAM-PONG camp committee members!! They are: Kelvin, Jasper, Arnold, Wei yang, Gerald, Alyson, Shuyi, Lois & Amelia! YOUFISH! My Dearest GL, AGL and YG!! ;)

Hello everyone!!! Yes… Today is a start of New Year le!! Thank God for everything He had blessed me with! This year has really been an exciting year for me!! Starting of with getting my O level result! God has closed my door to Poly but He opened another door for me that is ITE. After getting result I went to Project Timothy!! And it ended of with a high note in the Project Timothy retreat! After Project Timothy I started school on the 14th April! After everything goes on I finally finished my 1st semester in ITE and got back my result! By God’s grace and strength I had gotten GPA 4 for my Semester. Then went on with my life with commitment till Kelvin approach me and asked me to participate in the planning GAMPONG! Before that God had place me in chairing for Inter-Coy Games. Everything went well!! I really experience God’s grace thru out the year of 2008! Thank God for my Family and Friends! This year is indeed God’s Grace and Mercy that I can really get to know this wonderful God so much more!! Life is more than happiness for me thru out the whole year of 2008 but it’s about me giving back to God what He had blessed me with. To God be the Glory!

Hey Everyone!! Sorry for not posting for so long! Because I wish to leave a posting that would only encourages others and build each and everyone of u who had read my post and going to read my posting!! After going thru 2months plus of planning for our BPYM very own Seeker Friendly Camp: GAM-PONG! It was finally commence on the 5th December! It was a great FUN CAMP!

Day1: God Calling His Servants/ God’s PLAN for His people.

We went thru the first day with strings of Ice Breaking Game! After we had our dinner and think of group cheers in the evening! Then we went into worship to prepare ourselves for the GBO (GAM-PONG BOX OFFICE). We watched Evan Almighty! I believe for most of you had watched this show, for Christian this is things that I had learn while watching this Movie. But 1st I would like to say this is really a great show if some of you had not watched it yet. Even as I watch this Movie God make use of it to speaks to me… We as Christians always for God for things we want. (E.g. Parents to be more understanding towards us, Getting of good result for our Major Exams, Having a good relationship with Him) But often when we don’t get what we want after praying we would be asking God: Why You doesn’t give me what I asked for. Often we complain but never we realize that God has been providing Opportunities for us to get what we asked/prayed for. God doesn’t give what we ask for directly, but he provides opportunities for us to achieve what we ask for! In the Evan Almighty, God ask the wife of Evan, When u asked for a closer relationship with the FAMILY do you think God will gives you what you want or does God creates opportunity for you to achieve what you asked for.

Day 2: Seek and Find!

As we come into the second day of the camp we went thru activities like Capture the Flag, Team Jump, Dog & Bone Captain’s ball, Battleships, Lazy Volleyball, Heroes, Chaotic Captain’s Ball, and DOTS (Defend Of The Soldiers). We had Fun! But the important part came at night when we went thru the experiential activities planned by Kelvin and Zhe Hao. We played a game, named: Win as much from the Banker as possible. But during the game we often win and lose money to each other Groups. As the game was being round up I actually learnt that we always has been seeking God for all the things that we want, and while doing that I was always lost focus of what God wants me to do. Just like the game that was named: Win as much from the BANKER as possible. The objective is to win money from the banker but due to our selfishness we wants to cause other group to lose that’s why we often tries to win money from other groups! Same in life there is things that God wants us to do but often due to our selfishness we lost focus of what God wants us. Now it causes me ponder on “Is God more IMPORTANT than any other things in our life?”

Day 3: God WORKING in His Servants!

Now coming into our day at the beach. It’s started off quite well, we went to the beach for our games. Starting off with passing the bomb bags then after that game we went into a time of building sand castle. Then went for lunch after lunch we starts off with holey pipe game, at that point of time is where I lost my temper due to some reasons. But as I goes on I realize what I had learnt for the first day as I had ask God for patience to handle a particular person in my group, God did gave me opportunity to be patience towards that person but I didn’t seize the opportunity to get what I asked God for. As I didn’t give God the chance to mould me even thru this situation. Things in life that we often had done it wrong, do we ask God to help us and direct us back to His plan? A quote from the day devotion: Be patient God is not finished with any of us yet! Thru out the camp I face troubles, pressure, tired, and stress. But I thank God that he had gave me strength and encouragement from my group, as each day goes by they are more and more bonded together as a group!

Something that I felt really encouraged is Chrisll! She as an AGL helped me a lot with handling of QAHAL (my group name) and leading them in discussion question and stepping out of her comfort zone to do crowd control. She is a wonderful assistant to me! Also not to forget Daniel & Schubert! They helped me and Chrisll out in control and for Schubert he really helped my out with handling of his cousin. I felt really encouraged to see these people who used to be a back stage people came to step out of their comfort zone to serve others!

Not forgetting my beloved GAM-PONG committee! They are Kelvin, Zhe Hao, Jasper, Arnold, Wei yang, Gerald, Lois, Amelia, Alyson and Shuyi! Working with them together a committee I felt really honored. Hahaz!! Because they are really fun to work with and especially during the retreat we had lots of Fun! I believe God has bonded us well as a group QAHAL and also as a GAM-PONG committee!!

This camp is officially ended on Monday! Life is more than just Fun and Games! It’s about putting God into every detail of our lives! In everything we do, is God able to be glorified thru it?!

I sincerely thank God for all those friends that I had encountered with! God place you in my life to make a difference, and you guys had did it! I loves you all my friends!!

Finally PUP has ended with P3(PUP Post Party)on 07/09/2008. I really learnt a lot thru this 8 weeks of PUP! What struck me the most is David’s faith! Like Kelvin had said this is a common things that all of the YMers learnt. To me I guess is really goes back to the basic how much do we trust in the Lord. Do we see things as man’s will or we see things in God’s will? Many of times we always make decision in the place of God just like Saul always took things into his own hands e.g. Saul didn’t wait for Samuel to offer sacrifices to the Lord, he did it because he gave in to the pressure of the people. Instead I learnt from David, we should always inquire of the Lord before making any decision. There is no problem in this world that is too small for the Lord! Even it’s a small thing such as eating. I believe God will be glad that we had really put him into every details of our daily life. Indeed there nothing likes God. Who send his son to die for us and shed his blood for us. Here is something God has been speaking to me to ask me to let go but I couldn’t. Everyone including me always has this tendency to be pressured and stressed up with revision especially the O levels students. And at this point of time we would usually compromise our time with God. Well thing I had learnt is if God really wants us to fail after so much hard work we had put in can’t he do so? Or even if it’s God’s will that we goes to poly or even JC or even promoted to next level of secondary and WE DID OUR BEST don’t you thinks that God can delivers us too? Think back why didn’t we take God more important than anything else? So what if we gets into JC, poly or even promoted into next level after we died and we face God are we able to say: GOD see, here is the accomplishment that I had made after skipping my Quiet Time and even attending Church. Even you are able to say it. Will God be pleased? By doing all this we are setting our focus on the world not God. If our life is here to study, eat, sleep, and play I guess life is really meaningless to me. All in all I just wish that everyone including me will continue to grow in the Lord deeper and loves him and let him takes over the thrones of each and everyone of our lives. EXPEDITION RECCE TEAM!! ;)

Last year 2007 has been a fruitful year to me in learning of God’s words. Life wasn’t the same anymore when I’m convicted by the Holy Spirit to strive for God! To be frank I don’t really know that I’m change till some of our fellow YML and also fellow youths told me about it. I came to know Christ in year 2003; I remembered Aaron was the first person who shared Christ to me but I did not accept Christ into my life. Till year 2004 when I’m in sec 2, I went to church to collect some BB stuffs. Isman came to me and my friend and settle us down and once again shared Christ with me. It was then I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior. But I did not start to attend church at that point of time. Only till 2006 when I went for a seminar “Chicken or Egg comes first”. Vivien was the one who coordinate with us to meet and go for the seminar. After the seminar I felt the urge to attend church and want to know more about God! So Vivien encourage me to attend Youth Ministry. The first time I went I felt quite uncomfortable as I don’t really know any people there except for Jorim, Isman and Kelvin (I still don’t really know Vivien during that time). Then followed by few weeks YM issued Sermon On The Mount (SOTM) PUP studies. At first I was like ok. Just try it out. But after I gotten the PUP I was super lazy to do it and spent time on it. So I started skipping YM. Till we reached the last week of SOTM I realize I only attended 3-4 weeks out of the 10 weeks. During the summarize of the whole series I felt that I really lost a lot of precious lesson! But I still didn’t really attend church after my N’ level exam. Instead I went to work and became very hot tempered and using of vulgarities became something very common in my life. In the mid of December I quit my job as I had chalet and didn’t really wants to continue. During the day I receive my N’ level result I manage to got into sec 5 I once again thank God for it. But sadly I went to chalet that very night and got myself drunk. But thank God I didn’t do anything foolish. During the Winter Wonderland it was then I set my heart down that I want to commit myself once again to the Lord. It was truly amazing! In year 2007 I started to be very interested to YM and every week the only desire is to look forward to Sunday! As days goes by we once again had PUP studies on Becoming a friend of a faithful God. I realize I really learnt a lot when I spent my efforts to get to know God! During that year YM organized CROSSROAD 2. After been thru CROSSROAD in year 2005 I was super excited so I sent out invitation to my friends. I was so shocked when 10 of my friends agreed to go for CROSSROAD 2. By then I had got to know Oliver and Arnold they had really been a great brothers in Christ till now. Well also not to forget Wei yang, Dickson, Isman, Kelvin, Zhe hao, Shuyi, Jolin, Shuwen, Claire, Vivien, Lois and also many more! They had been there always to keep me in prayers and encouraging me! I truly thank God for placing them into my life! I actually get to know more friends through Youth Ablaze! After Youth Ablaze, God gave me this conviction to serve in Project Timothy. After I went to Camp Mishkan, once again that is another turning point for me. Especially after the special night, I commit myself to the Lord once again that I shall not use anymore unwholesome talk. Times files I gotten back my result of my O’ level, I didn’t made it into poly, but at that point of time I felt the presence of God that he is proud of my result as I had done my very best! God then sent Zhe hao and Isman to speak to me how God can make use of me even in ITE. So during my JAE, I went for ITE course and didn’t make any appeals to any of the polys and I indeed joined Project Timothy under the guidance of Zhe hao. And something I learnt in Project Timothy about evangelism is “DARE TO ASK!” and never asks a question that allows people to rejects you! Just to share I used to have very negative mindset towards evangelism. Till during Project Timothy one afternoon when I’m having supervision with Zhe hao. He guided me to know that we wants to share the gospel are not because we had to, but is because of God’s grace! And don’t like evangelism = don’t wish to talk about Jesus Christ. His grace is everything that spurs me up for evangelism. Having his grace we are able to share the GOOD NEWS to others who have yet know the Gospel and we are God’s ambassadors to sow the seeds in this world! So my encouragement to those who have negative mindset of evangelism, think back on what God had done for us, God by his grace and mercy had used Christ CLEAN record to replace the BAD record we used to have before we accepted Christ into our life. And it’s something we truly don’t deserve it! We do evangelism is because we LOVES God!

Today is really a day I learnt alot about forgiveness and also my discipleship walk. God revealed to me what I truly lack of that is forgiveness. Firstly God spoke to me during the morning message. I thank God that I went for morning worship despite I have the intention of skipping it. The speaker spokes on how God had revealed to him about how he should forgives the person who had offended him. Even though he almost an hour of sermon, but I definitely finds that it really worth the time to listen! Forgive is not = pardon. We can forgive is because of God’s grace and mercy. But we are not allowed to judge because God will punish us as according to what we had done. Which means: God forgives us for what we had done wrong but we weren’t pardon from the consequences that we had done wrong. Just came back from D walk organize by the D pillar. It was truly amazing that what I had gone thru. We were blind folded when we were outside 57, and we got onto the van and the van brought us to a deserted place which we didn’t know where it was. Follow started off with going towards the ringing bell. Followed by we went into a room that talks about Christ dying on the cross for our sins, and then we went to the next station it was about the distraction that over took God as our priority. Then we went into a room where there is hair dryer that kept blowing on us and made us feel hot. Lastly we came to a room with aircon and our blindfold is being unfolded, and we are a cross “t” which symbolizes heaven with Christ. And I look back into my life I truly has alot of things that I had put Christ to SHAME! And I now truly pray to God for guidance to get to know him better and most importantly is to give God my best!

CHRIST IN DETAILS OF MY LIFE

I jux came back from Church Family camp yesterday evening!!! It was a fruitful trip! Personally... God had taught me 3 things in this camp... 1st: SELF CONTROL. 2nd: LOVE. 3rd: PURPOSE OF SERVING IN MINISTRIES. For those who do not know me... I'm serving in the Boys' Brigade Ministry, Music Ministry Team (MMT), and also Programme Com... For a point of time I'm really upset serving in the Boys' Brigade (BB). It was a self centered reason... During the camp Isman spoke to me the last night... And I realized all this things, unhappiness, comparison and complaints doesn’t allows me to present CHRIST like attitude.... It helped me to realized that I shld instead felt honored, privileged to be able to serve for God! It's not easy! BUT! I believe that with CHRIST's LOVE for me, I believe God had Love first and therefore I can loves others! I do not know why God had placed me where I am but I do believe that he places me there for a purpose… That I is to mould me to be more strong in him and also let my weakness display his wonderful power!! Sad to say… I had used vulgarities during this Church camp, and God amazingly showed me EPHESIANS 44:29 and rebuked me… Indeed God is OMNIPRESENT, OMNIPOTENT, and OMNISENCE!! He speaks in ways that we can nvr predict!! Still I want to thank God for placing each and everyone of my frenz into my life and teach me, guide me and also help me up on my spiritual walk!! Each and every frenz that had come into my life is special! For God place u in my life each and every different purpose! So in conclude my prayer is that I would truly place CHRIST in every details of my life!!! Let my life each day counts for the LORD!!! For all my frenz!!! This is also my prayers for all of u!! Thank you for making a different in my life!!

Project Timothy LIfe, a forever life.

Today! sadly to says my Project Timothy had offically come to a close. I'm abit sad as i will be going to miss the time working in 57. it has been a fruitfil experience to me here... it's definately not easy to go thru this 9 weeks plus of work... BUT!! i'm standing right here saying: Project Timothy is a program and place where God had mould me!! i had never regret joining Project Timothy as it has always been my passion ever o level had finished. We spent thru alots of UPs and DOWNs together. be it thru planning of E event, Rapport Building, consolidation, IBS(RUTH & 2 TIM) these is where we get to noe each other better and change to be a better person and help to spurs each other in christ! i really had an open eye thru this 9 weeks of serving.... i learnt alot in terms of both spiritually and physically.... lots of resolution made during this morning's self refection. ya pls pray for me to have a firm stand and trust in GOD!

Hello !!! it's been quite long since i post le! hahaz.... was very busy this few weeks .... but after all yesterday was our Project Timothities's E event (treasure hunt). we had real great reaspond. 4 Prayed to Recieve Christ & 1 Assurance Of Salvation. i really and truefully thankful to god for he had made this event suscessful! i thank god tat i have such a wonderful fellow project timothities as a team and work together to come out with this event even though there is some conflict in between but thank god tat we are still strong and firm as 1 and also as a body of christ. also not forgetting the utmost impt person tats zhe hao .... our project timothy coordinator. He is always the one who is there to be with us and guide us and help us learnt abt god, but God is always there with us too =D real happy... i believe the heaven must also be rejoicing for the 4 PRC.... TO GOD BE THE GLORY !!!

hi.... i'm here to share again..... times files..... now again gotten my JAE posting result... i went to ITE DOVER studying mechanical engineering.... now i serving in project timothy... it has been almost 3 weeks.... it has been gd i suppose.... except for somethings tat happen.... i'm real bothered la.... i really hope someone would stand up and speaks for me abt somethings... No one has ever seeing the effort i put in.... onli things are my short comings... in God eyes i'm truely wrong..... if ever God is going to ask me why ? i would nvr dare to face him.... well... seriously dun know wat to do... if God wants me to change will i really change?? this is really a struggle with God.... can i still live a life of true worship ???

hi everyone!!!! hahaz.. after my posting on the o level result till now is almost 1 week le... i did pretty badly.... i gotten 29 for L1R4... bad right.... well... i have decided to allow God to rule over me.... since this is wat happen i would jux do my best in ITE and retake my o's at the same time... i noe God wants to mould me to someone who is better... not someone who cares for the treasures on earth but a person who is more concern of the treasure in heaven.... for i'm living for the glory of God , not mine.... live a life of true worship is really indeed no easy AT ALL!!! We shld nvr take God for granted!!! for everything tat happen it is nvr a considence... it is God tat makes everything happen !!!! To God be the glory!!! today is also my first day of priject timothy... pretty tired... we did progamme euipping session in the morning, follow by programme planning, follow by lunch, den DG, den back to sorting out of support letter, den dinner and lastly is follow up training.... and ... HOME SWEET HOME :D coolz .. hahaz.... but all in all it's fun !!!!! cause i'm doing tis for God!! and for his glory!!!

hi everyone !!! finally aain i'm here to do posting le ... but the mood now is totally different ..... i'll be getting my result later in the afternoon .... very nervous ... but i noe i have to trust god in his work ... for he always knows what is best for me in the future and how can i contribute to the kingdom of god .... i must say ... god has always been there for me in all my troubles ... he is so faithful nvr leave me nor forsake me even i had been sinning repeatly ... i now finds tat i really had so little faith tat i abit reluctant to trust god .... i pray tat god will grant me an open door , a door tat he wants me to enter and hopefully tat is something i desire .... god had given me lots of gd frenz !!! such as john , arnold , eve , wei yang , dickson , tom , shuwen , shuyi , jolin and oliver .... god had also send me lots of pple to gives me advice ... such as zhe hao , isman , kelvin , huien , zhi liang , cheryl , viven and even yajun ... they have been faithfully listen to my troubles and also give me advice to learn to grow in the Lord.... thank GOD tat he has place all this pple in my life .... my currrent desire is to " live a life of true worship "

hi everyone ..... i'm here again ... hahaz ... i realise i havent been writing blog since my birthday ... :P hahaz .... after long term of practicing of drums since last year i finally played openly in youth ministry on the last sunday 13/1 hahaz .. so happy .... but ..... i screwed up the first song " i love u jesus" haiz .... i felt so bad ..... but the rest of the 3 songs was ok .... i really thank GOD for that ... he has given me the strength and confidence tat i could do everything well jux for his glory !!!! thank GOD so much :D i love GOD !!! for he is always faithful and never leave me nor forsake me .... thank GOD for his guidance :)

Hi, again here to post another blog le ..... Recently lots of things happen to me .... i went to camp mishkan (camp tabernacle) on 17th to 20th dec , i was in POREKETH (the veil of the tabernacle) above was my group photo , it was fun at the start till the last night ....... "special night" is 1 of the memorial event in my heart .... i came to see how really Jesus suffered for our sins when he did nth wrong in the first place .... tats something i thank God for ..... God is always with us but it is us tat doesnt wants to rely on his strength but instead rely on our own strength to go thru the though times ..... yesterday i rely on my own strength and i sinned .... i scolded vulgarities .... to some pple it may seems small but to me it is something i really wants to change .... i really hope i could live a live of true worship , showing Christ like character , and also become a radical christian ...... SO brothers and sisters in Christ ..... love 1 another and care for 1 another .... support each other and encourage each other as we are a body of Christ .....

Hello everyone ... I would lyk to share abt my experience in youth abalze .... In this youth ablaze camp i know alot of gd frenz .... such as shuyi(sister 1) , amelia(hen hao de ren) , jolin(hao peng you) , shu wen(sister 2) , wei yang(sister 1's bridge partner no. 1) , dickson(sister 1's brother) , jasper(sister 1's bridge partner no.2) , jonathan , daniel , schubert(xxxxxx) , lois , and ruben(dad) ... hahaz ... We had lots of fun in this 7 days camp .... We all been through lots together ..... At the start when i get to noe abt tis camp i'm very negative to it ... But thank God i made the correct decision ... Tat is to come for this youth ablaze camp.... But tat is 1 thing i really regret is to play basketball in youth ablaze ... During the second last day of youth ablaze camp we had a basketball game during our recreation ... It was fun at first till jolin dislocate her knee after a fall ... I'm stone ... Do not noe wat to do at tat point of time .... But after everything is over when jolin was on her way to hospital .... We all went back to 57 ... When all of us gathered together to pray ... i jux felt the present of God within us ... God jux shows me how he bond all of us (youth ablazer) together ... I'm so amazed to see shuyi praising God even when she is feeling down and all of us too ... Den i tink back of wat i had learnt for the past few days ... Tat is " Praise Him when gd times , Praise Him too when we are having a hard time ..." at tat point of time i jux felt God is teaching me something new ... I may be a christian , who attends church regularly , but tat doesnt makes me a gd christ follower ... Jux lyk wat jasper shared during his baptism day ... Going to church doesnt makes u a christian , jux lyk going to airport doesnt makes u a areoplane ... Lifes there is up and down .... So i now realise i shld really thank God for gd times and also bad times for he is forever in our lives ...
